Our direct booking cancellation is the same as our Airbnb policy. We do still suggest however you book, you invest in travel insurance these days.
Once you have a confirmed booking, we will send you via email your confirmation and our rental agreement.
As part of the pre-arrival step, you will also be taken to a website (ChargeAutomation) to fill out some identity question (which will also be used for Safely.com liability insurance, see below), check-in info and ask for your signature.
This signature is attesting to your agreement of the booking contract - which will also be found in your ChargeAutomation portal.
Your ChargeAutomation portal will also send you a step by step check-in guide, important house info (like wifi and parking). You will also get this info in an email.
For damage/liability insurance we partner with Safely.com. Once they have verified you as a guest, they provide up to $1M in damage and bodily injury insurance for your stay, $10,000 in content coverage. It is paid for with the “Liability & Damage %” you will see on your invoice.
Rest assured you are in good hands when you Book A Stay with us. While the process is not all on one website like Airbnb, remember you are saving upwards of 10-15%+ AND getting extra bonuses - like 2 hours more on check-in and check-out! We have timed emails that will help you fill out the appropriate info at the appropriate time. Of course we are always available by phone or text to help you along - and love connecting directly with guests. That is why we got into this in the first place!
